A quiet address in the heart of Silom

OHH MASSAGE combines a modern-classic interior with Thai massage culture: warm lighting, cream lounge chairs, private treatment spaces and a calm atmosphere designed for slowing down.

Located on Convent Road in Bang Rak, close to Silom’s business district.

The room was built around the idea that a massage house should feel calmer than the street outside. Convent Road is a working street — offices, embassies, the lunchtime crowd from Silom — and the door closes on all of it.

Most treatments happen in one of two ways. The lounge chairs, in a row under warm light, are where foot and shoulder work happens: you keep your clothes on, you can read or close your eyes, and sessions here run from half an hour upward. The private rooms are for the longer work — traditional Thai, oil, deep tissue, hot stone — where a full hour or two is the point.

People come for different reasons at different hours. Mornings are quiet and unhurried. Around lunch it fills with people from the offices nearby, usually for something short and specific: a neck, a pair of shoulders, an hour before going back. Evenings run long and slow, and the last session starts well before closing at 23:00.

Before you come

Do I need to book?

Calling ahead is the safer bet in the evening, when the rooms fill up. Outside those hours there is usually room. The number is on this page and the salon answers during opening hours.

How long should I book for?

Thirty minutes works for feet, or a neck and shoulders. Sixty is the standard session and suits most treatments. Ninety and one hundred and twenty exist because herbal compress, hot stone and full-body oil work are not worth rushing — the longer sessions are not simply more of the same, they cover more of the body.

What do I wear?

Come as you are. Traditional Thai massage is worked through clothing rather than with oil, so something loose is more comfortable. For oil treatments you undress to whatever you are comfortable with and stay covered apart from the area being worked on.

How much pressure will I get?

As much or as little as you ask for. Say so at the start, and say so again during the session if it is too much or not enough — that is normal and expected, not a complaint. Thai massage in particular can be firm, and there is no reason to endure a pressure you did not want.

Is tipping expected?

It is not included and it is not required. It is common in Bangkok to leave something for the therapist if the session was good, handed to them directly.

Can I come with someone?

Yes — the lounge seats several people side by side, which is what most couples and pairs of friends end up choosing. For two people in the same private room, it is worth mentioning when you call.
